for those of you that can't quite make out what the signs say in this picture, i'll tell you... the top one says "speed limit 50" ... the bottom one says "next 416 miles" ...
that's one of the funniest pictures i took in alaska...
i just felt like sharing that...
today, i did a lot of work on my rainstick...i just have to put some sound softeners on the ends becuase when the beans & rice hit the plastic plugs (i used a mailing tube) it sounds not very good...so i'm going to experiment with different softeners tomorrow, but i'm thinking i might go with small bubble wrap....
that was my "big achievement" for the day...
also, my last monarch hatched today...it was a male...two females hatched yesterday...there are still two more chrysalises outside, but they're high up and i can't get to them, but i did check them both today and they're still there...
....
i went to home group and had an awesome time, and eventually (probably in the next few days) i'll have a "small world" story to tell...but i don't want to share it just yet....
....
i got to hold and feed a little baby tonight at home group, too, which of course, i absolutely loved!!... :-)
....
anyhow, i'm rather sleepy, so i should head to bed...
